Glare Simulator

IDT / TRI / CEAL | nov 2013 - current

In the new payload, Driverlab, the driving capabilities of mainly elderly people are being tested. The DriverLab consists of an Audi A3 on top of a turntable in a dome on a hexapod motion base. To make it more challenging, a glare simulator is incorporated in the design. [NL]

RID Exhibit

Science Centre Delft | jul-okt 2013

Visitors can detect alfa, beta and gamma radiation with real radioactive sources and detectors. From the design constraints of Tinker, we made a proposal for the furniture dimensions. We designed and build two external moving elements in this furniture.

Devergy

Devergy | okt 2012 -

Prepaid electricity. Sounds strange in the Netherlands, but not in Tanzania. For Devergy we make this possible. Villages without electricity are connected via solar powered micro grids.

Research UHF-RFID

Naturalis | mrt - jul 2012

Voor Naturalis onderzoeken we het gebruik van Ultra High Frequency RFID in het museum. Deze systemen kunnen vanaf enkele meters RFID-tags uitlezen ipv de gebruikelijke centimeters.

Development Balls Tree

Intern | 2010 – lopend

Op de vrijdagmiddagborrel moeten we ook wat te doen hebben, dus als we wat tijd over hebben wordt er in de beperkte vrije uurtjes nagedacht over een nieuwe en simpele ballenboom waarbij meerdere kinderen tegen elkaar kunnen strijden met het vangen van ballen.
